The Dreyfus Banquiers vineyard
For more than 150 years the vineyard in Riehener Schlipf has been a part of our history. Today, among other things, it is a place where our employees meet once a year to help with the grape harvest.

The vineyard is a remnant of the property dealings of Dreyfus Banquiers in the 19th century, when a debtor transferred the vineyard – which had been pledged as security – to the bank. Today, it brings our staff together outside of their daily work routine. At the “Herbsten” event, you can demonstrate your manual dexterity harvesting grapes and chat in a relaxed atmosphere. Afterwards, we gather for a meal together and raise a glass to a successful day.
The harvested grapes are turned into wine and sparkling wine by Simmendinger Weinbau in Münchenstein and later distributed throughout the house. A lovely reminder of a shared experience and of a tradition that keeps our history alive.

At Dreyfus Banquiers you can tell that work is done with utmost care. The feeling of being in good hands is not just a claim. It is proven by actions – day after day, year after year.
