About us
Dreyfus Banquiers is more than a bank — it is an institution with conviction, history and clear responsibility. Our corporate culture, our values and our understanding of continuity shape the way we lead, decide and accompany our clients. Learn more about us here.

Our company culture
Mutual appreciation is the foundation of our actions. It determines how we work together, has an impact both internally and externally, and is evident in our daily interactions. This has given rise to a corporate culture that provides orientation and creates a sense of belonging.

Our management
Dreyfus Banquiers is led by people who think of responsibility in the long term. A carefully coordinated management structure ensures that our values will endure in the future.

Our heritage as a compass for the future
Dreyfus Banquiers was founded in 1813 and has been family-owned ever since. This continuity is reflected in our attitude and our self-image. Over seven generations and with around 200 employees, most of whom have been with us for many years, we have remained true to our values and carefully passed them on. They are the common thread running through our history and explain how we think, make decisions, and shape our relationships.

Philanthropy
The Isaac Dreyfus-Bernheim Foundation stands for a long-term engagement that has grown out of the history of the family-run bank. The foundation was established in 2013 on the 200-year anniversary of Dreyfus Banquiers, to consolidate and further develop existing philanthropic activities. The legally independent foundation is closely linked to the bank and receives a substantial annual contribution, which it uses for the common good.

Our values
Above all, what sets us apart is reflected in the values that guide us. They have a major influence on how we build relationships and make decisions. Respect, consistency, security, and independence are not simply buzzwords for us, but rather a lived reality.
